Return + Exchange Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, Valente Inc only accepts unopened, unworn and untampered items for return or exchange within 14 (fourteen) days of purchase. Valente Inc. reserves the right to use their discretion with all returns and exchanges. A restocking fee may apply.
Please email info@valenteextensions.com for instructions on how to send in the item for return or exchange. Valente Inc. does not pay for return shipping.

All items that were purchased with a discount code are considered FINAL SALE.
All clearance items are considered FINAL SALE.

Shipping + Delivery

Items are shipped through the customer’s choice of USPS, UPS, DHL or Fedex.
It may take 1-2 business days to process your order.
We ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

I received my item damaged, can I receive a replacement?
Please send us a photo of the damaged items to info@valenteextensions.com. Depending on how it was damaged, you may or may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. If it was damaged during shipping, you will need to file a claim with the shipping courier. If the item itself is damaged or not functioning you may be eligible for an exchange or refund. All returns or exchange require an RMA number from our processing department.


How long does it take to process my order?
Our processing time is usually 1-2 days depending on volume. After that, the shipping time is up to whatever the customer has chosen.

How do I color match my hair?
We have a few easy ways to color match your hair! Send us a natural-lit photo to matchme@valenteextensions, order a color ring or visit a Valente Salon.


Why did I get charged for a color ring?
We charge $99 for a color ring if not returned to us within seven (7) days of purchase. If you believe you have been charged in error, please email info@valenteextensions.com


Is there a location to check out the hair in person?
Yes! Our Valente Hair & Co Salon located in La Jolla, CA 92037. This list here also features certain retailers/salons that carry Valente Extensions.


Can I dye Valente Extensions?
Yes! Valente Extensions are high quality 100% Human Remy Hair and can be dyed by a professional.


Are Valente Extensions processed?
Like most high quality hair extensions, our extensions are minimally processed. We use 100% Remy Human Hair, not a synthetic blend.


Is it true you give away free products?
Valente Inc. loves to rewards their customers! We will randomly reward free gifts to customers who actively engage with our social media and remain loyal customers.


Can I swim with my hair extensions?
We don’t recommend submerging the hair extensions in pool water or ocean water due to the different chemicals that could damage or alter the extensions. However we do recommend washing your Valente Extensions with our Luxury Extension Shampoo and Conditioner to keep it healthy and shiny.
